The Accession module of INDI allows curators to establish audit control over a collection or installment to a collection.  This module leads curators through a series of tasks that capture vital information related to the collection.  This information includes a physical and intellectual summary of the donation, contact information for the donor of the materials, information about the creator of the materials, and information about any restrictions associated with the collection.   This module also assigns a call number and accession number to the collection.
