Periodical Usage
This information was tracked beginning in 2000 when the new scanner tracking process was put in place. The figures denote the numbers of times over the course of the year items in the open and closed stacks were scanned by Periodicals personnel. This scanning reflects items that were either placed back on their respective shelf or it was evident that materials on a shelf were handled.
Music & Dance
Music & Dance periodicals only began to be tracked beginning 2004.
Newspapers
Newspaper stats werefirst collected in 2003.
2007 Totals
Some data lost from April through September due to new scanning technology not functioning as anticipated.
